Meet the team
Dr Chiara Paganini
Chiara is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience in private practice and academia. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and trained in a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches. Chiara has worked with a wide variety of clients, including adults, migrants, Indigenous peoples, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. She has extensive experience in assessing and providing psychological assessment and treatment for individuals with disabilities, including schizophrenia, severe personality disorders, intellectual and physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD. She also works with cognitive problems such as difficulties in attention, memory, planning, and executive functioning, which may occur on their own or alongside other conditions. In addition, she has a strong interest in supporting individuals with mood disorders (anxiety and depression) and eating disorders.
Chiara provides comprehensive psychological assessments and medico-legal reports, particularly in the areas of disability, functional capacity, and complex mental health presentations. She has delivered consultations in hospitals, medical clinics, universities, private practices, and medico-legal contexts.

Mrs Leisa Loon
Leisa is a Registered Psychologist providing therapy and psychological support for adults, adolescents, children, and families experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, social, learning, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) related challenges. She offers supportive, neuroaffirming, and strengths-based therapy tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on practical strategies, emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, and improving daily functioning.
Leisa has experience supporting clients with autism and ADHD through flexible and ad hoc therapy sessions, helping individuals manage emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, executive functioning difficulties, social challenges, self-esteem, burnout, and life transitions.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, Leisa worked for over a decade as a Primary School Teacher and Child Protection Caseworker, giving her extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across educational and community settings. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences, Master of Teaching (Primary), Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and Bachelor of Social Science Psychology (Honours).
