Assessment & Therapy

At WellTree Psychology, we provide professional, evidence-based assessments and therapy — all conducted conveniently online.
Our services are designed to be efficient, compassionate, and accessible, helping you gain clarity, diagnosis, and the right support without long waiting times.
We believe that assessment and therapy work best together.
Our assessments provide the diagnostic clarity and self-understanding needed to inform meaningful change, while therapy supports you to integrate insights, manage challenges, and build lasting wellbeing.
Every service is tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and strength-based practice.
What to expect and how does it work
Each assessment is completed in one structured session (around 3–4 hours) via secure telehealth, followed by a detailed report and feedback discussion.
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes, scheduled weekly or fortnightly, and focused on helping you apply strategies and improve quality of life.
Our process is streamlined and supportive from start to finish:
-
Pre-Assessment Questionnaires – to understand your history, goals, and concerns.
-
Online Assessment Session – structured and interactive, conducted by a registered clinical psychologist.
-
Comprehensive Report – includes diagnostic findings, functional impact, and tailored recommendations.
-
Feedback & Therapy Planning – optional follow-up to discuss results and set treatment goals.
-
Ongoing Therapy – practical, evidence-based support (CBT, ACT, autism-affirming, or trauma-informed approaches).
