Click Book Online to view all available services, including:

• ADHD Assessments

• Autism Assessments

• Cognitive & Learning Assessments

• Disability Support Pension (DSP) Reports

• Functional Capacity Assessments

• Therapy Sessions

Each service includes a clear description and the duration required.

2. Select a Time That Suits You

You’ll see all current availability in real time.
Halaxy automatically adjusts for your time zone.

3. Secure Your Booking With a 10% Deposit

To confirm your appointment, Halaxy will ask for a 10% deposit, payable by card at the time of booking.

✔ This secures your assessment time
✔ Prevents double-bookings
✔ Allows us to reserve long appointments (e.g., 3–4 hour assessments)
✔ The deposit is deducted from your final fee

All payments are encrypted and processed securely through Halaxy’s payment gateway.

4. Receive Confirmation & Intake Forms

After your deposit is processed:

• You’ll receive an email confirmation

• You will receive any relevant intake questionnaires, consent forms, or pre-assessment documents

• For telehealth sessions, your video link will also be included

5. Attend Your Appointment

At the scheduled time, simply join your session online or attend in person, depending on the booking type.

For assessments, all steps are clearly outlined so you know exactly what to expect.

6. Final Payment

The remaining balance is charged after the appointment or invoiced as discussed.
Reports (for assessments) are released once the final payment has been made.
